sir i need to attend 2 nd counselling and i need to reserve my seat in another college which certificates should i submit orginals or Xerox and please say me the process sir answer me fast as i need to go within two days

If you want to preserve a seat, the college will ask for the original certificates. So you have to give the original or else they will not reserve.
Although on cancellation of admission in that college you will get your certificates back.
