According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question it is quite difficult to get any of the NITs/IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs until and unless you deserves Home state quota and even after considering home state quota there might be the chance that you may not get seat in any of the NITs or IIITs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
