The previous year cut off for MGM Indore through All India quota was 580 marks in NEET 2018. So you have fairly high chances of getting this college as you have secured 577 marks, a slight dip in cutoff will ensure your admissio. However if by any chance you miss the cut off you can opt for other top medical colleges in MP such as-
