Sir, i obtained 44 marks in English,63 in physics, 55 in chemistry, 72 in biology, 37 in Maths my total marks is 271 eligible for neet?

Definitely you are elligible to participate in the counseling procedure of NEET 2019 because, as per the standards mentioned by NTA,
one has to secure a minimum of 50% in each of the Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects under the UR category in order to be a part of seat allocation.
In your case, you have exceeded 50% in each of the subjects, definitely go for it.
