Sir.. I only want to know that if will get 140 marks in UPTU then can i get a government college. for cse branch i am obc category... please tell me sir

With you rank there seems to be a very slight chance to get admission in CSE through UPTU Exam. You can get CSE in lower colleges in UPTU. Although thats just an estimate since UPTU only release Rank wise cutoff.
