You should write a mail to them,call them at the number given at this website: https://ipuadmissions.nic.in/publicinfo/Public/View.aspx?page=72 or visit the main campus explaining your situation. A lot of students have faced this problem, you need this recipt for admission in the college.
I advise you to visit the main campus showing them your transaction number, date and time and write an application.
