Hello Amarjeet,

The score of your 12th in 2018. It is good percentage. For the BTech admissions u can go through exams like JEE and emcet exams of respective States and another option is you can go through the university exams like HCU and CUK ...etc university exams consist all the branches.

Through JEE you can get admission in IITS  different states and  the cutoff marks are their respective IITS.

Hole this helps you.

Hey Amarjeet,

There are several entrance exams conducted for admission to btech colleges. Some entrance exams are held on National level for admission to IIT, NIT, etc. colleges, and some are state level entrance exams for that particular state colleges.

Some exams for b.tech are : JEE Main, JEE Advanced, BITSAT, KEAM, CG PET, Assam CEE, JCECE (For Jharkhand state), BCECE (for Bihar State), TS EAMCET (for Telangana state), AP EAMCET (for Andhra Pradesh state)

Good luck!

Hello Amarjeet,

You have scored well in your boards and now for admission in an engineering college, you have to decide whether you want to go in top colleges like IIT, NIT, and DTU or any other colleges. For IIT and NIT you have to clear two exams JEE - Main, JEE - Advanced. You can get in mostly government colleges by your JEE - Mains rank. Then there are private colleges and universities like Amity, BITS, VIT, IIITs. Many private universities give admission based on your 12th board percentage and some conduct their special entrance tests.

All The Best

Hello Amarjeet,

For any engineering aspirant in India after 12 the first and foremost priority goes for JEE MAIN Paper1.

Joint Enterance Exam(jee) main is conducted by NATIONAL TESTING AGENCY (NTA) every year for admissions of students to various engineering courses so you may apply for it.

Also various private universities/colleges conduct there own enterance tests such as BITSAT,VIT etc.

You may apply for them.

Good Luck
