No, you don't need to appear in TS PGCET if you have appeared for GATE.
Admissions  will be conducted on the basis of GATE or TS PGECET 2020 score (Preference will be given to candidates having valid GATE score.
M.Tech course in all the participating institutes will be on the basis of GATE score.
