With 173 marks in NEET 2019, you are just above the cutoff marks. So you won't be able to get a seat in any of the government medical colleges for MBBS. There is also very less chance for you to get admission into government BHMS colleges. You can try for private colleges that offer BHMS. Nothing can be said about the cutoff since there was no BHMS under NEET last year. But I am sure that you'll be facing a lot of competition in the admission process.
