The procedure to take part in counselling of UPSEE 2019 is not linked with just qualifying the exam. As you must register yourself on the official website and upload documents required to take part in the counselling process. The Registration has opened on 26th of June and will end on 2nd of July. While Document verification starts today that is 27th June and ends on 3rd of July. You will be required to pay Rs. 1000 to complete the registration process and take part in the counselling rounds to come. Online choice filling begins on 29th of June and ends on 4th of July and seat allotment for 1st round takes place on the same day in the evening. Afterwards you would be required to use option Freeze or Float if any seat is been allocated to you, if you do not choose anything it will be taken as Float by default, followed by payment of the fee for these options which is Rs.20000 for Gen/OBC and Rs.12000 for SC/ST.  I would suggest you to read all the instructions carefully, regarding the counselling procedure which is available on the official website.
