Previous Year cutoff for NIT Rourkela in OBC Category for M.Sc.in Physics was 21.03 Marks and For NIT WARANGAL , it was 18.02 marks. 

So if variation in qualifying marks are not that much. then you can surely get into NIT Rourkela or NIT Warangal.
