But previous year cutoff in West Bengal came upto 324 for MBBS seats in government college

Every year there is a change in cut-off range as every year huge no of students apply fir this examination so the competition level is quite tough. You might get a seat in govt Colleges but giving a complete surety about it is not good until we don't know the state ranking part. Just hope for the best.
