It's difficult to predict the exact possibilities of admission. It depends upon the cutoff. Cutoff changes every year. It depends upon a lot of factors such as the exam difficulty level, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, whether you belong to any category or not. Cut-off changes from state to state. It also differs from state quota seats to all india quota seats.
You haven't mentioned the category you belong to. So considering you as a general candidate with 397 marks the chances of getting government seats seems less, however you can get admission in private colleges and deemed universities, to get admission in government colleges you need to score above 420 atleast, this data is based upon previous year's cutoff.
