No there is no chances . U should i think prepare once more

Considering the previous year's Cutoff marks , you have less chances of getting seat in Govt college,
For SC and ST category students the lowest Cutoff was 379 and 301 respectively, so being OBC you have to score more and moreover don't loose hope as the Cutoff changes every year,
