Hello,
You have no chance to get a government medical college under all india quota even though your belong to obc category.You have chances to get private medical college under all india quota and state level quota.
It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc

With a score of 450 marks in obc category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 559 was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical college, Dungarpur in obc category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
