Well first of all your marks is fine.
And if you are looking for government Medical seat then at your marks you can try it because of course this year cutoff goes higher than last year and varies depending upon the no. Of seats.
So as NEET ug result is out so you can definitely register yourself for NEET ug counseling session.
Also you are from general category so your chances are more likely in 2nd or 3rd round counseling.
Your chances are fair in state quota i.e. 85 % for domicile candidates only .
Go and register in NEET counseling round which is going to started very soon so keep touch with NTA site for all the counseling dates and all the schedules
