This year level of gate paper for ECE was relatively same in comaprison with previous years.So cuttoff marks will be same as of previous years.This marks will provide you score around 740.740 is not enough for getting PSUs call letter you need at least 800 score.You may get IITs with score as for IITs you need score at least 700.You can apply for IITs and top NITs to pursue mtech degree courses.For sureity wait till IIT guwahati release score.
