Seeing previous year cutoff you may not get MBBS seat. Here are some colleges that closed at lowest marks:
- Dr YS Parmar Govt Medical College: closed at 385 (ST)

I hope you are doing well and good. As you mentioned in your question that you belongs to Himachal Pradesh and you expecting 315 marks in neet Exam.
According to previous Cut-off marks your marks should be more than 495+ to get seat in Himachal Pradesh.
So sorry to say you have no chances of getting admission in State quota counselling.
