With this less much percentage in 12th from Bihar secondary educational board you can't able to take admission in any of the BITS premises because inorder to get into it you have to comeup under the domian of eligibility criteria of BITS which is more than 75% in 12th as well in PCM. So , better to try other good private  / Government engineering institutes.
