sir, i studied from outside india but i am indian citizen ... i got 666 marks and my Air rank is 1523 .. am i eligible for AIQ if yes what certificates r required

Since you have not mentioned if you have any domicile of Indian states
Assuming, you have given this exam as an Indian citizen, there is great chance that you will get a seat in medical College.
If not, then you can definitely get a seat through NRI as your score is good
