sir , I took admission in AMC through 1st round state quota . Now if I alloted a seat in GMC through 2nd counselling and will not report in the college . will my AMC seat still in my hand ?

Since you have not mentioned the name of state for which you are asking for NEET Counselling so it's quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information.

Generally if you have been allotted a seat in Round 1 of state quota counselling for NEET 2020 then you have some options like you are satisfied with the seat and accept the seat or you can apply for upgradation of seat and also accept the allotted one so in this case if your seat will be upgraded in Round 2 then the amount you have paid for earlier allotted seat will be refunded to you and the document will also be returned to you and in case if you did not get an upgraded seat then the earlier allotted seat will be work as a back-up option.

In the case you have mentioned n your query, if you have accepted the seat allotted in Round 1 and reported to the college and have completed all the formalities then if you have applied for upgradation then only the seat will be allotted to you in Round 2 otherwise you counselling has been completed in Round 1. If you have applied for upgradation then you have to either reject the seat allotted in Round 2 then there is no need to report to the college if you are satisfied with the seat allotted in Round 1 or if you think that seat allotted in Round 2 is more valuable as compare to that of Round 1 then you should report to the college and accept the upgradation.
