Hello Nithiya,
First of all I am pusuing my B.tech CSE from galgotias college of engineering & technology and I also like you was not having computer as a subject in 12th. Moreover 75% students in my class didn't had computer as a subject in 12th and we are not having any problems. It is not necessary to have computer as a subject in class 12th to pursue computer science, you just have to work hard after taking CS. Also if you feel uncomfortable or you feel like no cs is not for you then you can change your branch after first year as in first year every branch have the same syllabus.
Hope this helps!!
Good luck!!
