Yes of course it might create some problem because DoB is not required on the photograph instead the date of photograph is to be mentioned there but don't worry because you can modify it and you can do so during the NEET UG 2021 Correction window
NEET UG 2021 Correction window will be opening on August 8th 2021 and last date to edit the details and remove all the discrepancies will be August 12th 2021 so make sure to edit all the details whichever required within the time frame.
Steps to make correction in your images are mentioned below :-
** Visit the official website - neet.nta.nic.in
** Now click on the ‘correction in Images' button.
** Now login using your login credentials .
** A message to change images in the form will be displayed on the screen
** Upload the correct images.
** After submitting all the corrections, an OTP will be sent on your registered mobile number, just enter it to finish the process.
* Now you can download the correction slip for future references.
The images should be in the prescribed specifications :-
Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format) with name and Date of photograph,
Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format),
Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format) ,
Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and
Postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).
