NDA/NA National Defence Academy - Naval Academy is an examination conducted by UPSC-Union Public Service Commission. This is an examination for students wanting to make a career in defence forces- Indian Army, Airforce and Navy.

The exam is conducted twice every year - in April and in September. Successful candidates get admission in National Defence Academy and Naval Academy.

following is the eligibility for NDA examination-

Nationality - Indian

Age limit - 16.5 to 19.5 years

Educational Qualification - Passed 12th standard with maths and physics.

The paper is done in format - Paper 1 and Paper 2 on same day. Paper 1 is for Mathematics and paper 2 is for General Ability Test.

Union public service commission conducts the national defence academy and naval academy examination twice every year in the month of September and April .

The eligibility criteria for the NDA examination has been prescribed by the union public service commission . The upsc mentions the eligibility criteria in the official nda notification . Mainly one of the most important criteria is the age . The age should be between 16.5 years and 19.5 years of age. You should have passed your 10th and 12th with maths and physics as compulsory subjects .
