Dear Arish, there are few things here. First, if you have completed your 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, you can study Biology as an additional subject through NIOS. Studying Biology as an additional subject and studying through NIOS will make you eligible for NEET. Now there is also no upper age limit for NEET. All that is left is for you to score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.

you dont need to appear for all subject. just register for biology from nios open schooling. but you need to study the full syllabus of 11th and 12th. you are doing this for appearing in neet exam. nios certificate also accepts by all competitive exam.
