But in yur case as you are a boy, you have a scope of getting into only 3 of these colleges as lady irwin is an all girls college.
So I would shift my focus to the other 3 colleges.

those candidates who are interested in Delhi university b.sc(h) admission can go through the following points of significance regarding the procedure of application:
it is mandatory for all the applicants 9from all categories) to apply online by registering on the official university website. they will be required to fill up and submit a pre-admission form in the online mode. by submitting the required details in the single application form, applicants will be able to apply to top b.sc honours colleges in Delhi University. they will not need to fill up separate forms for different colleges to seek Delhi university b.sc(h) admission. they also do not need to submit their form through any other mode. Applicants will have to be very careful while completing the form, as will not receive any chance of modifying any information once the form is submitted. All applicants will have to register on the university website to submit their applications for Delhi university b.sc(h) admission. During registration, it is mandatory to pay the requisite fee for the application submission.
Eligibility
For b.sc in food technology, you need to have PCM or PCB. You must have to secure a high percentage of +2. Check the cut off list by DU according to your percentage and caste.

Currently there are four colleges which offer B.tech in food technology programme.
Firstly you have to do online registration on DU application portal. After that, Once the cut off marks is released, you can go for the admission in these following colleges.

Cut off-91 Fee - 10620/-
2) Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Science(BCAS)
Cut off-80 Fee - 12520/-
3) Lady Irwin College
Cut off -94 Fee - 29245/-
4) Institute of Home Economics
Cut off- 94 Fee - 26675/-
Selection Process- DU is has always been known for its high cut off. So, You must try to secure more and more marks and be in the merit list. Selection will be done on the basis of merit list.
Requirements- Class 12th or equivalent with science stream(PCM/PCB, whichever is higher, 3% relaxation for PCMB) 50%-55% in science stream, with English as a compulsory subject.

I guess you want to apply for b. Tech in food technology in DU . You would be eligible for it , if you either took science in standard Xll , or you have PCM or PCB , whuch would be beneficial for you . But to acquire a seat in DU , you must have better percentage in std Xll , around 90-92 or above is the best , which would be helpful for you in acquiring a seat for you. And have a better grip in your PCM or PCB concepts .
