sir i want TC to apply for B. Ed in Bidar and I have done my M. Com from Distance Education OU hyd. Now how can I get my TC

hi,
see through you have studies in distance education mood, you may contact with your college authority to issue a TC on behalf of your further studies, take all your masters course documents with you and write an application form to the head of the institute to provide a TC certificate.

is it possible to get TC after gap of 8 years?

I suggest you once contact with college authority, generally tc needs to collect after completion of the course.
