Manage your time. Everyday study every subject. Equal importance to every subject must be given. Read NCERT textbooks thoroughly. NCERT textbooks of 11th and 12th standard of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology are important to read.
Revise everything that you studied on that day before sleeping. This helps to remember things for a longer time. Study but don't lose your health. As health comes first. Study for how much ever you can but don't exhaust yourself too much that you can't study the other day.
Make timetable. Take 5 mins gap in every one hour or every two hours. Make sure you don't skip breakfast, lunch and dinner. Follow the timetable. Assign each chapter from each subject to be completed in a day and keep on revising it.
There are many reference books available for NEET. For Physics I would suggest you to refer HC Verma volume 1 and volume 2. It has all the concepts explained in detail with various types of numericals to solve. For Chemistry you can refer books by OP Tandon, Chemical calculations by RC Mukherjee. Practice organic reactions everyday for 1 or 2 hour. There are many types of organic reactions so if you practice them well you will be thorough with that topic. For Biology NCERT books and some reference books.
Solve MCQs everyday of the topic you studied on that day.
Don't forget to solve past year papers .It would help you to make concepts even more clear.

Hello Adarsh
I have yself cracked the NEET exam in 2017 so I will share my schedule with you in last % months.
I didnt read anything new. Rather than that, I focussed on solving more and more questions and model test papers. Always remember, NCERT is the Key to score 650+.
I revised my whole bio ncert of class 11 and 12th, 5 times.
I focussed on solving more questions in physics within a given time frame rather than reading only theory.
Same goes with Chemistry.
I used to study for 8 EFFECTIVE hours in a day. I devoted more time to Chemistry and Least to Physics as it was my strongest subject. But again this varies from person to person.
Give more time to the subject you find difficulty in.
ALL THE BEST.
Thank You.
