sir i want to apply for pgcet but I have only 46% in my bsc degree n I have republic day camp +ncc "C" certificate with "A" grade

For the MBA course, as a general candidate you require 50% in your graduation and as a reserved category candidate you need to have 45% in your graduation. Therefore you are not eligible to apply for this exam. The NCC certificate and other achievements cannot make you eligible to apply for this exam.
