Sir i want to ask if i filled my gender wrong in the application form can i take my test with this incorrection.

Once the correction date for AIIMS application has passed, you cannot actually make any changes in the form. Since the gender is wrong in your case, it might actually create a problem. You can mail your query to exams.ac@gmail.com and hope that it gets rectified. Other than that, nothing else can be done.
