According to me there is no loss in joining a college that is not approved for pg. There are many govt bams colleges that are not approved for pg . Since you are applying for undergraduate course there is no harm in joining a college not approved for pg.

Since for pg you need to pass another examination and there is no complete surety that you would end up getting in the same college. So stay positive and all the best for your future.
