sir i want to attend for eamcet councelling but our college management didnt gave transfer certificate how can i go for counceling

For the counseling process in the eamcet there is no need of transfer certificate,you can go for the counseling according to your rank certificate once you got admitted you can apply for the transfer certificate from university.They will provide you once you got admitted
