You may know that, The course is a typical engineering based course with specialization in the domain of aerodynamics and aeronautics and is aimed at equipping bachelors students with sufficient knowledge and skills so, as to transform them into qualified and trained aeronautical engineers.
As you want to do aeronautical engineering,So for doing this course,Candidate must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized state or central board with at least 70% (relaxable for reserved category candidates) of the marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the major subjects of study.

And can I only take admission through jee
Means if I give collage entrance exam so can I do aeronautics or not

I think for JEE MAINS, you have to cross the cutoff for any state level good government college. And for NIT or IIT, Your rank should be under 1lakh.
Without JEE mains, you can oy get private colleges, with separate entrance exam.

And mam if I apper for vitjee bit-sat or other exam so it can be good for me or it just waste of money
You can give these exam too,if you are interested in the colleges which gives admissions on the basis of these exam
