Sir, I want to change my bsc course to Ba in same college on next session sir it's necessary to again take document like character certificate and migration certificate from school and submit to the college and also a gap certificate pls reply as soon as possible

You might not need migration certificate and character certificate if you are opting for internal sliding because you must have submitted these documents when you took admission in B.Sc in the college you are currently studying. So do not have to submit these documents once again as they are still with the college management. But we would suggest you to please enquire in the respective college regarding the internal sliding and the procedure so that you can proceed accordingly.
