Hi Manisha,
It depends on the fact that whether KU conducts regular classes or not. IGNOU do not conduct regular classes I believe. You will be devoting a lot of time in your CA preparation and that will also help you in preparing for your Bcom exams. You may not be able to attend a lot of classes for Bcom so choose the institution which will not create attendance an issue.
