Sir I want to know about BCA,please tell me
BCA is 3yr degree course in field of computer applications. For students who want to make their career in the IT (Information Technology) field. In this you will learn the Binary, C, C++, .Net, PHP, Vb , JAVA, data communications, computer networks, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Graphics and other non-technical related subjects too.After graduation one can go for masters for better job opportunities also many students go for MBA.
Eligibility crieteria:-
- Aspirant should have passed 10+2 from any stream with English as passing subject with minimum 45%-55% marks in aggregate ( The pass percentage might vary from college to college)
- A student with an Arts or commerce background too can apply
- While some colleges/universities admit aspirants on merit basis, the others admit students on the basis of personal interview and written examination.
- There are some universities which conduct their own entrance test as well.
Job opportunities:-
Opportunities in leading IT companies like Oracle, IBM, Infosys and Wipro etc. Some of the roles that one can bag after completing a BCA programme is that of a System engineer, software tester, junior programmer, web developer, system administrator, software developer
