There is 1% horizontal reservation for NCC Cadets in Telangana NEET Counselling for its 85% State Counselling. This means within the Category you belong i.e. UR/OBC/SC/ST, NCC Cadets have 1% reservation. The prospectus says : "Candidates claiming eligibility of reservation under Special categories i.e., CAP, NCC, PMC and Anglo Indian should furnish the required certificate in support of their claim". So if you belong to NCC, you will need a proof of document from the relevant authorities that you are a NCC Cadet. .
