BCom is a quite common course fees for Bcom depends on the college you get in in the government colleges might have as less as 6000 per year there private colleges might have the fees higher than 60000 per year so it entirely depends on the college you get in. Same goes with timings also some colleges have morning shift which starts at 8:30 or 8 and some might have noon shift for Bcom which might get started around 10 o'clock.
