Hello Sandeep,
So, let me just tell you the step by step admission procedure and cut off details along with it -
- You need to mind that NEET is not important to CMC but you must write the exam and get At least 250+ after that they will conduct an exam which is really difficult you must score 95.00% in order to qualify.
- Total CMC consist of 119 seats and they have divided it into many quotas. 89 seats for Christians. 4 or 5 seats for Hindus. 20 seats for the students whose parents are working in CMC as a doctor or nurse or physiotherapist. Rest of the seat belongs to NRI candidates.
- After the qualification of your exam, they will conduct 5 rounds of interview and they use to filter 80% in this interview and rest r qualified for MBBS.
- They use to give preference of 70% in their exam and 30% in NEET exam.
Hope this answers all your doubts.
There is no official cutoff released by CMC Vellore in regard to AIQ for last year. However, it can be assumed that a marks higher that 640+ is required based on the trends that followed in couple of years.
This mark may vary depending on the NEET Paper toughness, ranks and students aspiring for admission. Hence take the mark only as a guide and not surity.
