Considering you are talking about applying for studying medicine in USA right after standard 12; you cannot directly apply for it. You need to either go for basic sciences courses in USA or complete your bachelor's degree in India itself. Then you would have to take the MCAT and apply for a MD course in the USA. Also, please note, USA doesn't have MBBS, it offers MD courses. After that if you wish you get a license and want to practice in USA itself, you will have to take USMLE and practise for some time and then apply for residency.
