You have not mentioned your college of interest in the question.

The general eligibility criteria concerning class 12 marks for most courses and colleges varies between 45-60% only.

So, by getting 52% also, you can pursue various courses. For that, you have to give related entrance exams.

You cannot give JEE Main as it mandates minimum 75% in Class 12. So, if you want to pursue Engineering in colleges offering admission based on JEE Main score, then you can get it through Management Quota.
