Dear,
Yes you can but the thing is the college in which you are studing currentely they have to give TC to you.
If they are ready with the TC then contact to that college which you want to take the admission.
If bothe are ok with this then please go head. But the procedure will take time and you have to give a strong reason to get a TC in that college.
