Hi,

1st phase withdrawal was from July 10 to 11 till 3 pm and 2nd phase withdrawal were till July 19, 2013.

Students can withdraw befire 25th July as fourth round counselling shall start frim 1st week August 2018.



Students are allottedrime frame for acceptance of seat and payment of fees by 25th July.



Incase he wjshes to withdraw he can do so before 25th July.

As far as I can see CEE has not mentioned the withdrawal process or facility anywhere. Please call them up and see. I have written to them and hope that they will reply. I am not sure whether it is allowed. One thing however has been made clear for private institutes. The seat allotment fee is non-refundable as per the notification.
