Yes you can get admission abroad for MBA by appearing for GMAT. It the entrance meant for MBA admission into foreign colleges but GMAT alone doesn't guarantees anything there are other factors also. You also need to appear for TOEFL Or IELTS and attain a good score, the minimum ielts or TOEFL score varies from college to college.
