Sir I wanted to take admission in BE biotechnology for year 2019 ,can I know the exact procedure

Taking admission in bio technology there in no such procedures you should have goos marks and if you want government colleged you have to write some exams or you are fine with private college go to their college directly and talk abkut admission and there you may get dirwct admission.
