According to the current age limit set up by UPSC the body which conducts the NDA examination, a candidate needs to age between 16.5 to 19.5 years to be eligible for writing the examination. Also the minimum education limit is set as intermediate with class 12 students also being eligible. So following that your first attempt would be NDA 2 2022 and the last attempt would be NDA 1 2024. Also the educational requirements for different wings vary and are mentioned below:

The minimum age for giving the NDA exam is 16.5 years and maximum age is 19 between this you can give the exam or attempt the exam as many times as you want or you get success in t hat. But your educational qualification must be atleast 10+2 in physics and maths and you have to fulfil all eligibility criteria of NDA exam.

There are certain eligibility criteria that one has to fulfil to be able to write the National defence academy/Naval Academy or NDA/NA examination.

Most of the time age is the deciding factor for eligibility. Now the age wise eligibility criteria is that the candidate must be between 16.5 to 19.5 years of age.

Also for the NDA 2022 examination the DOB of the candidates for the two attempts is as following-

• NDA -1, 2022

DOB between 2nd July 2003 to 1st July , 2006

• NDA - 2, 2022

Dob Between 2nd January , 2004, to 1st January , 2007

So going by the above data you have a maximum of three attempts. The two attempts next year and another attempt in the year 2023.
