Hello!

The eligibility criteria for UPSC exam is mentioned below :

  • Candidate must have completed graduation in any discipline.
  • The required age of the applicant should be between 21 and 32 years, as on 1st August. For being eligibke for UPSC 2023 the candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd August 1991 and not later than 1st August 2002.
  • Aspirant should be a citizen of India and if they are migrated from other countries then they must have an eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India.

Thus, according to the eligibility criteria, you are not eligible for UPSC 2023. You can appear in UPSC 2024.
