See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly whether you get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
But if you are seeking admission in Government Medical Colleges or government seats then you should try to maintain you NEET score at least 580-600 to be on the safer side according to previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-

However, since have a disability, generally the for the PWD quota the marks goes down to as low as 250 in Kerala but to be on the safe side scoring 300+ is a better option.
