Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada is responsible for the AP PG medical admission 2019. The students who apply for this are included in the state rank list. The application forms for the same will be published in the last week of March and closes by that week itself. The proviosional merit list will be out by first week of April. Students who successfully submitted their forms are eligible to get seats in various Government and Private colleges of Andhra Pradesh. These seats are divided into two categories, State Quota (950 seats) and Management Quota( including NRI) have 403 seats. Now the further more important eligibility criteria for admission in a PG course in AP are :-
1) You must have acquired the cutoff score of NEET PG.
2) You must have done MBBS from a college located in Andhra Pradesh.
3) Compulsory Rotary Internship should be completed by 31st March, 2019.
4) You must be registered with the State Medical Council or Medical Council of India.
Since you have a very good AIR in NEET PG and assuming that you have fulfilled the first, third and fourth criteria, you are not eligible yet because the most important eligibility criteria is You must have done MBBS from a college of Andhra Pradesh.( Residential Domicile is not taken into consideration)
If you fulfill all the criteria then you are eligible for AP Medical Admission since your State rank will decrease then, giving you a good opportunity in a Government College of Andhra Pradesh.
