Dear D Rahul,

I am so sorry to say that your question isn't quite clear and it becomes quite difficult to assume what actually your issue is. It looks like that you have completed your diploma in mechanical engineering and now you prefer to take an art course most likely a bachelors in any arts course. With deep regret I would want you to know that the eligibility for bachelors degree in any arts course is to pass in 10+2 examination. Further I would suggest that changing from engineering to other stream isn't quite a wise step. Rather you can look for a Bachelors in Technology  degree preferably in mechanical engineering. Hope it helps.
